Week 1 : Weekly Checklist
Week 1 of Camp Curious is starting soon! We can’t wait to welcome your camper for a fun-filled and challenging week of activities.
First, the legal stuff. Please review the Camp Curious Terms you agreed to when registering. For obvious reasons, while we will make every effort to keep tabs on your camper through the app, and will text or call you if your camper is off the screen for more than a few minutes, you are ultimately the responsible party for the physical safety and well-being of your camper throughout the day.
Second, the touchy-feely stuff. We will be conducting a range of mental and physical activities, via multiple teaching styles. Please review our philosophy, values and guidelines here. Campers’ enthusiasm and attitude will have a big role in making their week a success (see the Camper Pledge) but make sure to email your Homeroom Counselor or camp@curious.com throughout the week if there is anything we can do to make your camper’s experience better.
Third, the technical stuff. In order for your camper to access the camp sessions, you will need to set up our proprietary Camp Curious app on an iOS or Android device, or via a browser on a laptop. This must be complete before your camper’s first session Monday morning. Detailed instructions are be found here and is also linked in the list below. Our technical team will be available Sunday afternoon/evening to assist you with any issues.
